TBS has introduced estate management as a Service with the objective of providing complete solution that includes maintenance and upkeep of civil, electrical and electronic installations and providing Security Services.
We have also introduced facility management services including managing Hotels, Holiday Homes, etc. The 1st such property being managed is Namastay Leisure Homes at Kovalam, Thiruvanthapuram, Kerala
